On Friday, December 22nd, Monday, December 25th, Friday, December 29th and Monday, January 1st, the Building will be closed in observance of the Christmas Holiday and New Year’s Day.
There will not be any engineering, mechanical or housekeeping staff on duty these days. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning units will be off. Should you require heating, ventilation or air conditioning on either day, applicable charges will be billed in accordance with the terms of your lease. If you require any building services on these dates, please call the Management Office at (845) 735-2400. We will also require a letter from you detailing the type(s) of services you are requesting. You may fax your letter to the Management Office at (845) 735-2560 or bring it to our office on the Concourse Level.
